I liked it, thought the writing could use some work but I enjoyed the presentation. Keep up the good work!!

TheCrazedSide responds:

Thank you very much for the feedback! I'll definitely keep it up

Loved it!! Glad to see your review style of video with animation cause I was question if something like this would do well on this platform. I might make my own! So thanks for the inspiration. Loved your video!

artistunknown responds:

Thanks! Yeah, originally I was gonna do this series with live action instead of animation, but I had no way of filming at the time so I decided to do animated bits instead and because animation is limitless, it opened up a lot of possibilities, plus it means I can put it on newgrounds and not feel too bad. I was still a bit hesitant uploading these here, but I figured it was fine since there was 1-3 minutes of animation in the episodes, and some of it isn't reused. With the way I do the animation in these too, it's pretty quick to make, so it's easy to get these out frequently when I actually try.

I'm glad I could inspire you!

Interesting concept :o Can't wait to see where this goes! 3.5 for the intro so hopefully this gets awesome ;)

OblitusCS responds:

Glad you like it man!!! I hope it gets awesome too

From an animator to another. When you go from yellow ink to red in what is this supposed to signify? I know yellow is rough and black is final in but is the red just the progress inbetween?

Very well done btw!

Annmariesch76 responds:

The yellow is just the most rough point. I usually then go to either red or blue because its easy to see over the yellow
but yea its basically the inbetween phase

I overall enjoyed it :o I just had a few comments!

Why did the fight start? The ending implied that she was gonna take a candy bar that the main character wanted but in the beginning the woman was just ahead in line? Didn't make sense to me.

I loved most of the fighting and that first punch had a LOT of weight behind it! Love it! However I felt that the the use if the clenched fist was a little over used.

Finally as others have said just work on the art style and sound. You can simplify for speedy action scenes but sometime it seems a little too simple.

but good job none the less!! Really enjoyed it!

SuperLME responds:

Thank you, xDeadBoii.
When planning out this animation, I had the fight scene as the main course. I needed a way for the fight to be set up and that's why the girl stepped in front of her. I wanted a pseudo realistic / comic art style with some shading into it. This is the first animation I've done using after effects.

First and ONLY born here.

I am an only child not by choice but by illness (my mother fell ill, she wanted more children but she thought it wasent wise do to illness) I was also a very rebellious child and my parents knew this. I do feel like a lot is expected of my as a 1st(and only) child but only in the family department. My parents seem to only care about if I help give birth to males to keep the family name going since my family is very small. (only 5 members) So to a small degree the 1st child applies to me.

I enjoyed your cartoon in a sense it was different and educational. Keep up the good work!

EAEverything responds:

Thanks a lot.

I agree. My brother was the first one and crazy expectation were put on him with a very strict upbringing. He kinda managed to take the heat and he is really carrying on the family now that we are all scattered.

I was number 3, so actually I get along really well with him because we are so different but complement each other I'd say.

What you are given to start with is just the beginning of the story and then there is what you do with it.

Wondered what happened to the Frown house! Good to see ya!

FrownHouse responds:

Glad somebody remembers!

Loved the cartoon SFX!!

ChutneyGlaze responds:

Thanks! They are the old ones from Hanna barbera and cartoon network days. You can find them on youtube.
